This device utilizes an electromagnetic coil to generate a fluctuating magnetic field. When the container cap, equipped with a special aluminum foil layer for sealing, is brought near this field, eddy currents are induced in the foil, causing it to heat up rapidly. This heat is transferred to the polymer layer beneath the foil, melting it. The molten polymer then adheres to the rim of the plastic or paper container, creating a strong, leak-proof seal.
These heaters find applications in various industries, including steelmaking, casting, pipe and profile production lines, forging, heat treatment (such as hardening, tempering, annealing), welding, hot bending, and generally any process requiring rapid and controlled heating of medium to large metal parts.
